While we’ve stayed small and nimble, our network has not. Jodi Flanagan

Jodi has transformed years of experience within North America’s leading senior living providers; Specialty Care (Sienna Senior Living), Extendicare, Sunrise Assisted Living and Diversicare (Verve Senior Living) into a successful consulting practice.
Starting in 2011, Jodi stepped out of the corporate executive realm to pursue new horizons as an independent consultant and happy mom.

The journey has been rewarding and exciting.

Her expertise spans all aspects of sales, marketing, occupancy success, business development and communications while being firmly entrenched in the senior living industry. Jodi has orchestrated dozens of successful advertising campaigns, opened 17 (and counting) new homes, trained hundreds of people on how to effectively work with seniors and written multiple versions of sales, occupancy performance and marketing manuals.

The journey of a new project from understanding the market feasibility and competition, to proforma pricing, suite breakdown, architectural program design and onto home opening is a niche that takes a top shelf position for Jodi’s talents.

A gerontologist and eldercare consultant, Jill’s experience is first-hand with families and elders alike guiding them through the intricate and difficult task of ageing with grace and dignity. Her experience within the province spans the corporate boardroom and government table right into your living room and that wealth is evident in all that she touches.

Jill owns the Secret Guest Shop process within the accompany team and leans in with all new home openings to manage and coach selling and communicating with seniors.
